Get in Touch with Ayurved Healing
Whether you have spotted an error in an article, want to suggest a topic our editors should cover, or are reaching out about a partnership, the editorial team reads every message that arrives. We try to reply thoughtfully rather than quickly, but we do reply.
The simplest way to reach us is by email. A single inbox handles all enquiries — editorial, reader feedback, corrections, partnership requests, press, and privacy questions:
To help your message reach the right person on our team quickly, please include a clear subject line. Examples that work well:
- Correction — “[article title]”
- Topic request — [herb or theme]
- Partnership enquiry
- Privacy request
- Press
Contact Form
A contact form is also available on this page for readers who prefer not to use email directly. Submissions through the form are routed to the same editorial inbox, so the response process is identical.
Response Time
The editorial team aims to respond to all enquiries within two business days. More involved questions — especially those requesting a correction, a research citation review, or a substantive update to an existing article — may take up to a week, because they typically require a second editor to review the relevant sources before we reply. If your message needs that level of attention, we will acknowledge receipt first and then follow up with a complete answer.
Messages received over weekends and public holidays are answered on the next working day.
What You Can Reach Us About
- Corrections and factual updates. If a citation looks wrong, a dosage figure seems off, or a claim has been superseded by newer research, please tell us. We take corrections seriously and update articles transparently with a visible change note.
- Topic suggestions. Reader requests directly shape our editorial calendar. If there is a herb, formulation, condition, or seasonal routine you would like us to examine in depth, send the request along.
- Feedback on existing articles. Praise, criticism, and counter-arguments are all read. Substantive disagreement — especially when backed by sources — tends to make our coverage better.
- Partnership and collaboration enquiries. We work selectively with educational institutions, qualified practitioners, and research bodies whose values align with evidence-based Ayurveda. We do not accept sponsored content disguised as editorial.
- Privacy and data requests. Access, correction, deletion, or any other right described in our Privacy Policy can be exercised by emailing the address above. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
- Press and media. Journalists working on a story involving Ayurveda are welcome to contact us for editorial commentary or for a referral to a credentialed practitioner.
What We Cannot Help With
To be straightforward with you: there are some things this inbox is not the right channel for.
- Personal medical advice. We do not diagnose, prescribe, recommend dosages for individual cases, or comment on whether a particular remedy is right for you. That requires a qualified Ayurvedic physician who can assess your constitution (Prakriti), current imbalances (Vikriti), medical history, and any medications you take. Please see a practitioner in person for individual guidance.
- Urgent or emergency situations. Email is not monitored around the clock. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not wait for a reply from us.
- Product recommendations for specific brands. We do not maintain a “best supplement” list and cannot endorse individual products by name.
Social Channels
You can also follow our published work and lighter-touch commentary on the social platforms linked from our footer. We monitor mentions but cannot respond to detailed enquiries through direct messages — for anything that needs a real answer, email is the right channel.
Thank you for engaging with our work. Every careful reader makes Ayurved Healing better.
