In reply to Michael Hall. the Ama-microplastuc parallel is genuinely novel. I hadn't thought of PFAS accumulation as fitting the Ama definition but the properties match sticky, channel-blocking, metabolically disruptive.

The placenta and breast milk findings mentioned here are the ones that concern me most as a new parent. The article’s argument that Ama accumulation can be intergenerational maps uncomfortably well onto what the microplastic research is showing. Has anyone looked into whether there’s a pre-conception Shodhana protocol discussed anywhere on this site?
