In reply to Tim Davis. That's a really valid gap. Pelvic floor hypertonia is now considered a central driver in a lot of IC cases, and no herb protocol addresses that directly. Did the article at least mention referral to a pelvic physio as part of the overall approach, or was it purely focused on the herbal and dietary side?
