I’ve been using Panchatikta Ghrita internally for about six weeks alongside topical Jatyadi oil and the itch at night has reduced significantly. Still flaring around joints but the broken sleep was the worst part and that’s improved a lot. Anyone else find the internal ghee component made a bigger difference than the external application?

The part about avoiding synthetic detergents and switching to Reetha-based cleansers during the protocol is something I actually implemented and noticed a difference within two weeks. Small change but it seems to reduce the baseline irritation enough that the herbal applications can actually work.
